IOTA Development Checklist / Progress

Apologies if the following list is incomprehensible - this is moreso serving as a Personal Checklist and progress bar for myself. If the page hasn't been updated in a while, Feel free to hold me accountable by asking "What have you been working on?" through my Guestbook or email, and I'd be happy to update you. Strikethrough has been finished (for now), and Teal is being worked on currently. Underlines are done for testing / implementation purposes, but will be tidied up later. This is by no means a comprehensive list, things will be added and removed as necessary - this is simply so that I have a number of starting places from where I can tackle working on this thing.
