Richard
Shift Manager
R1xhRd (Richard) is the lead Shift Manager of a shipping facility. He previously worked in the plant as a manual labourer robot, before his previous manager was severely damaged in an accident. Because he had been there the longest out of any of his co-workers (at the time, 47 days), he was made the de-facto new boss. Richard isn't quite sure what a Shift Manager is supposed to do, so he often consults a 30k page document knows as "The Manual" that was left by the original boss decades ago. His plant runs fairly smoothly, so his job mainly consists of walking around and telling his employees to "Work Harder", but given they are also all robots, this doesn't really do much.
Richard is not stupid - he's as smart as any of the other robots around, he just has extraordinarily little to do. He was built as a labourer robot, but because that's not in his current job description, he spends a lot of time pacing the floors of the facility and watching funny videos on his office computer.
